These terms are the agreement between you and Solomon Apps ("we", "us") for the use of UghSongs. By creating an account or using the app you accept them.
You must be at least 13 years old and able to enter into this agreement. One account is for one person.
Keep your password and any sign-in code private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
You keep ownership of the audio, links, lyrics, notes and section maps you add. You give us only the limited permission needed to store, process and show that content back to you inside the app. Add only material you have the right to use, and use it for your own rehearsal and performance preparation, not for redistribution.
Do not upload unlawful material, attempt to reach another user's data, probe or overload the service, or resell access. We may suspend an account that does. Storage and processing limits apply so the service stays usable for everyone.
The lyric finder returns results from publicly available third-party sources and is offered as a convenience for personal study. Rights remain with the rights holders. Links to YouTube, Spotify, Drive, Dropbox and lyric sites are subject to those services' own terms. Rights holders can email us for removal.
Premium, when available, is sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your store account settings. Deleting your UghSongs account does not cancel store billing. Refunds are handled by the store under its own policy.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings or at ughsongs.com/delete-account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or if we stop offering the service, with reasonable notice where possible.
The app is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Features may change. Keep your own copies of recordings that matter to you. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.
